Service Area

Where we install.

Our primary service area is a roughly 70-mile circle around Greater Boston, southern New Hampshire, and southern Maine — but it’s not a hard line. If your home sits outside it, reach out and we’ll talk about whether we can work with you.

Greater Boston · MA

Boston metro & north shore.

Mass Save country. The deepest rebate stack in the area and the densest install corridor we cover. Most weeks, more than half of our installs sit here.

Where

Boston · Cambridge · Somerville · Newton · Brookline · Quincy · Salem · Beverly · Marblehead · Lowell · Lawrence · Andover · Framingham

Utilities

Eversource East · National Grid · Unitil · municipal lights

Rebate stack

Mass Save · SMART (solar) · Connected Solutions (battery) · MOR-EV

Climate note

Zone 5. Coastal humidity adds to summer cooling load. We size heat pumps to the 17°F design day.

Southern NH

Merrimack Valley & Seacoast.

No state sales tax on residential energy work shifts the upfront math. NHSaves is the rebate vehicle, and the Seacoast adds a strong solar + storage market.

Where

Nashua · Manchester · Concord · Portsmouth · Dover · Exeter · Hampton · Salem · Derry · Londonderry · Bedford · Merrimack

Utilities

Eversource NH · Unitil NH · NH Electric Co-op · Liberty Utilities

Rebate stack

NHSaves (heat pump) · NH PUC battery pilots · Net-metering (solar)

Climate note

Zone 5 in the south. Snow-load planning included; we don’t pretend February doesn’t exist.

Southern Maine

Portland and south.

The oil-to-heat-pump engine. Maine has the highest residential heating-oil dependence in the country, and Efficiency Maine has built one of the most aggressive heat pump rebate stacks in response.

Where

Portland · South Portland · Westbrook · Saco · Biddeford · Old Orchard Beach · York · Kittery · Wells · Kennebunk

Utilities

Central Maine Power · Versant Power · Kennebunk Light & Power

Rebate stack

Efficiency Maine (heat pump + battery) · Net Energy Billing (solar) · low-income adders

Climate note

Zone 6. Cold-climate heat pumps essential; we design for the 5°F day along the coast and colder inland.

Vermont

Project-by-project.

Vermont’s utility environment — particularly Green Mountain Power — is one of the most aligned with what we do. We just don’t have a regular cadence here yet, so VT runs as select-project. Reach out and we’ll talk about whether the math works.

Where

Eastern VT (Connecticut River corridor) · Champlain Valley · select projects across the state

Utilities

Green Mountain Power · Vermont Electric Co-op · Burlington Electric · Washington Electric Co-op

Rebate stack

Efficiency Vermont (heat pump) · GMP Bring Your Own Device (battery) · Tier III renewables credits

Climate note

Zone 6 with pockets of Zone 7. Heat pump runtime calcs get conservative; we plan resistance or wood backup for peak days.
